Welcome! I’m an engineering leader focused on a defining question of our time: When AI makes the execution cheap, what is left for a human to do well? My journey started with an Electronics and Communication Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee, leading to 18+ years of building software across diverse industries—from gaming and Samsung's R&D group to Sapient and Chegg. Since 2022, I’ve been working inside Chegg's AI environment. I don't just read about AI; I build AI products and actively use it as a core component of how I develop software. Through this, I’ve learned that successful AI adoption isn't about writing code faster. It’s about getting sharper about what to build, what to skip, and knowing when a model's fast answer is the wrong one to trust. To bridge the gap between what AI tools can do today and how we manage them, I am currently pursuing an executive program at IIT Kharagpur.
