My own career has taken me from software engineering through program leadership into Product Management and senior product leadership — across 21+ years in technology and 10+ years in Product. Along the way, I’ve built and scaled 20+ enterprise products across four continents, led Product Managers and large cross-functional teams, and worked across environments ranging from startups to global enterprises. I particularly enjoy helping experienced professionals navigate the transitions I know well myself — moving from engineering, program, data or technology roles into Product, and growing from Product Management into Product Leadership.
