I enjoy building things that grow—whether that’s accounts, teams, or systems that don’t break when scale hits. Over the last few years, I’ve spent most of my time figuring out how to turn one-time business into long-term relationships. A lot of my work sits between sales, strategy, and operations—where things are usually messy, unstructured, and need someone to make sense of them. I’m not too interested in just hitting targets for the sake of it. I care more about understanding what actually drives revenue, what makes clients stay, and how to build processes that make growth repeatable. I’ve worked across different setups—from banking to fast-paced business roles—and that’s shaped how I approach problems: stay practical, move fast, and fix what’s broken instead of overthinking it. Going forward, I want to be in roles where I can work closely on growth and strategy, ideally building something from scratch or scaling something that has real potential.
