As a startup founder, the journey is far from glamorous—it’s messy, chaotic, and often filled with doubts. That’s why I created the Demotivation Killer Metric—an Excel sheet that’s been my silent companion through all the highs and lows of building my ventures. This isn’t just a spreadsheet; it’s a real-time autobiography of your startup life.
Here’s how it works: You track every great moment, rating it from 5-10, and only record heavy setbacks, rating them between 1-5. At the end of each month, you reflect on this journey, realising how the tough times were just small blips compared to the bigger picture. Trust me, when you take a step back, you’ll see progress even when things feel overwhelming.
Pour yourself a cup of tea, review your growth, and proudly share your story with the world. This sheet isn’t just data—it’s your story in the making.
