Senior Switch Program: 10 Sessions (6-10 yrs exp) with Siddharth Maheshwari

What the 10 sessions cover (valid for 6 months):

1. Paths and salary bands: your 2 to 3 realistic routes (category P&L, brand, performance or growth leadership, D2C head) and what each pays at your experience. Gap map.

2. The Category P&L, brand side and platform side: MRP to contribution margin, GMV vs NSV, platform margin, ads, logistics, returns.

3. JBP and platform levers: price, promotion, depth, breadth, NPI, visibility vs funding, how a negotiation actually goes.

4. Growth levers: funnel math, CAC, retention, marketplace ads vs Meta and Google, how to speak about a business you have not run yet.

5. Resume and story rewrite: one-line bullets, bold numbers, the story for your jumps, the right city.

6. The smart-apply system: a job-scraping agent, the founder pitch built on the company's pain point, HR consulting practice heads, VC talent partners and their portfolio founders.

7 and 8. Two structured mock interviews as the hiring manager, each with a written debrief within 24 hours.

9 and 10. Two on-demand shortlist mocks: whenever you are shortlisted in the next 6 months, give me 48 hours and I prepare from that JD. Written debrief after each.
