1:1 AI Career Transition Session with Shubhankar Khare

Want to move into AI but don’t know where to start or what actually matters?

This session is designed for engineers and tech professionals who want a realistic, structured transition into AI.

In this deep-dive 1:1 session, we’ll:

1. Evaluate your current skills (frontend, backend, data, systems thinking)
2. Identify AI roles that fit you (AI engineer, applied AI, platform, agentic systems, etc.)
3. Cut through hype: what to learn vs what to ignore
4. Build a personal AI transition roadmap (skills, projects, timeline)
5. Discuss tools, stacks, and how AI work actually looks in real companies

This is not a tutorial.

This is a career strategy session grounded in real-world AI adoption and systems thinking.

Best for:

1. Frontend / backend engineers moving into AI
2. Senior devs confused by “AI everywhere” noise
3. Professionals who want long-term relevance, not buzzwords
