Resume Review & ATS Optimization with Shubham Sharan

A structured, line-by-line resume review from a Senior AI Product Manager with experience reviewing hundreds of candidate profiles and building products across founder, engineering, and AI Product Management roles. During this session, I will:

1. Review your resume thoroughly, section by section, assessing its structure, clarity, and overall effectiveness.
2. Evaluate how well your resume is aligned with the Product Management role or industry you're targeting, and identify areas where it may come across as too generic.
3. Refine weak or unclear bullet points into outcome-driven statements that highlight measurable impact rather than just responsibilities.
4. Assess ATS compatibility, including formatting, keyword alignment, and parsing considerations, to help improve your chances of passing initial screening.
5. Identify potential gaps or areas of concern in your experience and suggest ways to present them honestly, confidently, and effectively.
6. Provide guidance on positioning your profile for career transitions, whether you're moving into AI Product Management or transitioning into Product Management from another domain.
7. Answer any specific questions you have about your resume, your career story, or how to present your experience for the roles you're pursuing.
8. Conclude with a clear, prioritized action plan outlining the most important improvements you can make immediately after our session.
