This is an educational mentorship and guidance service. It is not a recruitment, job-placement, employment, visa, or immigration service.

However, I do not guarantee:

• Interview calls or selection
• Selection by any company
• A specific salary
• Promotion or career advancement
• Employment in any particular country
• Any specific career outcome

Hiring decisions are made independently by employers and other third parties.

Important Disclaimer

All guidance is provided for educational and informational purposes and is based on my professional experience, knowledge, opinions, and observations.

No specific result is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on factors including your skills, effort, consistency, experience, interview performance, applications, market conditions, employer requirements, competition, and third-party decisions.

You are responsible for evaluating the guidance and making your own career and learning decisions.

Mentorship Validity

The standard mentorship is valid for 6 months from the original purchase/payment date.

The 6-month period continues to run regardless of inactivity.

If you stop participating, stop responding, pause your learning, or disappear and return after one month or several months, the 6-month period does not pause, restart, or reset.

After the 6-month period expires, the mentorship ends unless a free extension has been confirmed or a new arrangement is purchased.

Free Extension for Consistent Learners

Participants who remain consistently engaged and actively work toward their learning and career goals throughout the initial 6 months may be eligible for a free extension.

Consistency may include regular participation, working on recommended activities/projects, asking relevant questions, implementing feedback, preparing for interviews, applying for opportunities, and demonstrating genuine effort.

The free extension:

• Is not automatic
• Requires confirmation by the mentor
• Is intended for genuinely consistent participants
• Does not provide unlimited or lifetime mentorship
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund
• Cannot be transferred or sold
• May have a different duration, format, frequency, or scope

The mentor determines the duration and scope of any free extension based on the participant's engagement.

Returning after a period of inactivity does not automatically qualify you for an extension.

Payment

This mentorship requires a one-time payment.

The payment covers the mentorship service described here for the applicable 6-month period. It is not payment for guaranteed employment, interviews, salary, or any other guaranteed outcome.

Services not specifically included in this description are outside the scope unless separately agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purchases are intended to be final and non-refundable, subject to any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds will generally not be provided because you:

• Change your mind after purchasing
• Become inactive or stop responding
• Do not complete recommended activities
• Do not follow the suggested roadmap
• Do not achieve your desired results
• Do not receive interview calls
• Do not receive a job or internship
• Obtain a job and no longer need mentorship
• Do not use some or all of the mentorship period
• Experience a change in personal circumstances

If you believe there has been a genuine billing or technical error, contact me promptly for review.

Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

No Guaranteed Results

The mentorship does not guarantee employment, internships, interviews, salary, promotions, specific job titles, employment with a particular company or country, visa/immigration approval, educational admission, or any particular financial or professional outcome.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Purchasing this mentorship does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, representative, recruitment, or job-placement relationship between the mentor and participant.

Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information relevant to your goals
• Take responsibility for your learning and career decisions
• Make reasonable efforts to implement relevant guidance
• Respect agreed communication and session arrangements
• Communicate respectfully and professionally
• Not misuse mentorship materials
• Not falsely represent the mentor's statements or advice
• Not represent yourself as an employee, partner, representative, or agent of the mentor
• Not use the mentorship for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes

Participant Privacy & Confidentiality

I respect the privacy of all mentorship participants.

I will not intentionally share one participant's private information with another participant without appropriate permission, except where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate legal, safety, security, or administrative purposes.

Private information may include names, contact details, resumes, profiles, career goals, progress, questions, private conversations, interview experiences, job-search information, documents, and personal circumstances.

I will not provide one participant with another participant's private information, conversations, documents, contact details, or mentorship history simply because they are also enrolled.

Participants must also respect the privacy of other participants and must not request, obtain, publish, or distribute another participant's private information.

General experiences or commonly asked questions may be discussed in anonymized form for educational purposes where reasonable steps are taken not to identify the participant.

Confidential Information

Do not provide passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes, confidential employer information, or other sensitive information you are not authorized to disclose.

Do not share confidential information belonging to employers, clients, customers, or other third parties.

Intellectual Property

Original mentorship materials, documents, templates, frameworks, resources, written guidance, recordings, and other content provided by the mentor remain the mentor's intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use these materials for your own educational purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, commercially exploit, reproduce, or present mentorship materials as your own without prior permission.

Recording & Distribution

Participants should not record, publish, distribute, reproduce, or commercially use private mentorship sessions, conversations, materials, or communications without appropriate consent, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Information

The mentorship may refer to companies, job portals, courses, websites, software, recruiters, or other third-party resources.

These parties operate independently. I do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, pricing, recruitment decisions, services, or results.

You are responsible for independently verifying third-party information before relying on it.

Misuse & Misrepresentation

The mentorship may not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized commercial activity, or misleading representations.

You may not knowingly misrepresent mentorship conversations, screenshots, advice, materials, testimonials, or communications to falsely suggest a guarantee, endorsement, employment relationship, partnership, or promise that was not made.

Communication & Availability

Communication and availability are subject to the arrangements provided at purchase.

Response times may vary due to availability, workload, travel, holidays, technical issues, or other circumstances.

This mentorship does not provide unlimited or 24/7 support unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Mentorship

The mentor may reasonably modify the structure, resources, communication method, or delivery format when necessary, while making reasonable efforts to maintain the overall nature of the purchased service.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the mentor will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or opportunity-related losses arising from use of or reliance on mentorship guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this mentorship, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood these terms and agree that:
