About this session
The best prep is a real interview with real follow-ups. I've interviewed candidates for product and design roles and sat through PM interview loops myself, so I'll run this the way a hiring panel would.
Pick your track:
- PM: product sense, execution and metrics, strategy, behavioral
- AI PM: all of the above, plus AI product cases, evals and model trade-offs
- UI/UX: design critique, a short design challenge, and how you present your work
How it works: about 40 minutes of interview with honest pushback, then 20 minutes of detailed feedback. You also get a written summary of what to keep, what to fix, and how to approach the questions you found hard.
