Creative Strategist for design led practices

A brand communicates through far more than its logo or social media. Its website, project descriptions, presentations, proposals, social platforms and even the way it introduces itself all shape how people understand it.
When these touchpoints communicate different things, the brand can become difficult to recognise, understand or remember.
This consultation is for brands that want to think more deliberately about how they communicate, what they want to be known for and how their different touchpoints can work together.
This session is for you if:
• You run an established design studio or creative brand.
• Your business has evolved, but your communication hasn't caught up.
• You want a more consistent and recognisable brand voice.
• You're unsure which messages your audience needs to hear.
• Your website, social media and other materials feel disconnected.
• You need a clearer communication direction before investing in execution.
What we'll discuss:
• Your business goals and desired brand perception.
• The audiences you need to communicate with.
• What your brand should consistently communicate.
• Your key messages and the role of brand voice.
• The relationship between your website, social media, portfolio and other touchpoints.
• The gaps between your current communication and where you want to be.
• Priorities for strengthening your communication.
What you'll leave with: A clearer view of your brand's communication needs, the principles that should guide your messaging and the priorities to consider when developing or improving your communication.
How the session works: We'll use your existing materials and business context as the starting point. I'll help you examine the situation, ask the right questions and think through the strategic choices available to you.
What this session is not: I won't create a comprehensive communication strategy document, conduct extensive audience or competitor research, develop all your messaging or prepare a channel-by- channel execution plan during the call. We'll discuss the strategic questions and clarify the direction; detailed strategy development and implementation are separate engagements.
Before the session: Share your website, relevant communication channels, a short introduction to your brand and what you want your communication to achieve.
