Placement and internship guidance with Ipsita Dash

Preparing for internships or placements but not sure where to start?

I'm Ipsita, a Software Engineer at Cisco and a DESIS Ascend Educare Scholar (2024). Coming from a tier-3 college, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate placements, find the right resources, and prepare for opportunities on your own.

I've interviewed with multiple companies through off-campus opportunities, and I'd love to share my learnings and help you navigate your journey.

In this session, we can discuss:

• DSA and technical interview preparation
• Off-campus job and internship applications
• Resume and project improvement
• Placement preparation strategies
• Career guidance for aspiring software engineers

Whether you're just starting your preparation or already applying for opportunities, let's discuss your goals and figure out your next steps together
