Mock Interview : Behavioural with Abhilaksh Sharma

Behavioural rounds sink more strong candidates than coding rounds. Most people don't fail them for lack of experience. They fail because their stories are vague, too long, or don't show the signal the interviewer is listening for.

I've been on both sides of these rounds:

→ As an Amazon Bar Raiser, I ran Leadership Principle interviews and sat in the debriefs where hire / no hire was decided

→ As a candidate, I cleared Amazon LP rounds, Google's Googleyness & Leadership round, and Microsoft's final "As Appropriate" (AA) round

How it works:

→ 10 min: your target company, level, and the stories you have

→ 35 min: a realistic mock with probing follow-ups, the way real interviewers dig

→ 15 min: feedback on each answer: structure (STAR), ownership, impact, and what was missing

You leave with:

→ 2-3 of your real stories reshaped into strong, reusable answers

→ The follow-up questions you're likely to get, and how to handle them

→ A clear picture of what "raises the bar" sounds like at your level

Best for SDE-2, senior and lead candidates. Freshers welcome too: we'll build stories from projects and internships.
