About this session

Most engineers prepare for interviews by reading articles and watching videos. They walk into the actual interview and freeze — not because they do not know the answers, but because they have never practised saying them out loud under pressure.

This is a full mock interview session designed to replicate the real thing as closely as possible. I will play the interviewer. You will answer as if it is the real interview. At the end I will give you honest, specific, actionable feedback on exactly what worked, what did not, and what to change before your next interview.

The session covers a technical round for Senior AI Engineer or Senior Full Stack Engineer roles. Depending on your target role we will go through system design questions — designing scalable AI systems, RAG pipelines, multi-agent architectures, or enterprise integration patterns. We will go through deep technical questions on your stack — LangGraph, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, MCP, .NET Core, Python, Azure, or whichever technologies your target company uses. We will go through behavioural questions using the STAR format — your biggest achievement, a time you failed, how you handle conflict, and how you lead without authority. We will also go through the salary discussion — how you answer the expectation question, how you respond to pushback, and how you close the negotiation.

After the mock interview you will receive specific feedback on your communication clarity and confidence, your technical answer depth and accuracy, your production story — whether it is compelling and specific or vague and forgettable, your body language and delivery patterns that are weakening your answers, and the three things to fix before your next real interview.

What makes this different from a generic mock interview is that I attended 18 real interviews in 30 days across companies including Wells Fargo, Fractal Analytics, Raptor Technologies, Birlasoft, CGI, Ascendion, and others. I know what interviewers in 2026 are actually looking for — not what they say they are looking for.

This session is for you if you have interviews coming up in the next 1 to 2 weeks and want to walk in prepared, if you have failed interviews before and want to understand exactly what went wrong, if you are targeting a step up in level — from mid-level to senior or from senior to principal — and want to present yourself at that level confidently, or if you want brutal honest feedback from someone who will not just tell you what you want to hear.

Bring to the session the job description of the role you are interviewing for, your current resume, and your biggest area of concern — whether that is technical depth, system design, behavioural questions, or salary negotiation.
