1:1 Mentorship & career guidance with Dimple Porwal

For when the problem isn’t one interview, it’s the next two years.

Stuck at the same level. Not sure whether to switch, stay, do an MBA, or move to a startup. Getting passed over and not sure why. These don’t get fixed in one call. They get fixed over a month of honest conversations and a plan you actually follow.

How it works:

→ Where you are, where you want to be, and what’s really in the way

→ The plan- role, companies, skills, visibility, timing- and we start executing

→ Who this is for:

People 2–8 years into their career who want to make a deliberate move instead of waiting for one.

What I bring: 10 years across engineering, digital marketing, an IIM MBA, and PM at Microsoft and Adobe. I’ve switched functions, switched companies and negotiated hard. I’ll tell you what I’d actually do in your seat.
