1:1 Career Mentorship | 8 Sessions with Arsha Treesa

Ready to take the next step in your career? Let's work towards it together.

This 8-session, 1:1 mentorship package is designed for people who want consistent, personalised guidance as they navigate their careers, build new skills, and work towards their professional goals.

Rather than a one-time conversation, we'll work together over multiple sessions to understand where you are, identify where you want to go, and create a practical plan to get there.

What we can work on:

• Career direction: Clarify your goals and explore career paths that align with your strengths and interests.
• Breaking into Product Management: Understand the role, build relevant skills, and prepare for opportunities.
• Resume and LinkedIn: Strengthen your professional profile and communicate your experience effectively.
• Interview preparation: Improve your approach to PM interviews, case studies, and behavioural questions.
• Skill development: Identify gaps and prioritise the skills that will help you grow.
• Career transitions and growth: Navigate job changes, new responsibilities, and your next career move.
• Progress and accountability: Review your progress, work through challenges, and refine your plan as you go.

How the package works

You'll get 8 personalised 1:1 mentorship sessions. We'll tailor our conversations to your goals and focus on the areas where you need the most support.

Every session will have a purpose, whether that's solving a specific challenge, preparing for an opportunity, or making progress on a longer-term goal.

Who is this for?

Students, fresh graduates, aspiring Product Managers, early-career professionals, and anyone looking for structured guidance and support in their professional journey.

Your investment: ₹5,600 for all 8 sessions.

Bring your ambitions, questions, and challenges. We'll work together to turn them into a clear plan of action.
