I’m a product and business leader with 15+ years of experience across fintech, payments, e-commerce and technology. I’ve worked across different stages of businesses — from building products and teams from the ground up to scaling large, complex businesses. I’ve been part of the core teams at Blinkit, Paytm and BharatPe, and currently lead Payments at Tata Digital. My experience spans product strategy, growth, P&L, payments, merchant businesses and building cross-functional teams. At BharatPe, I worked across the consumer app, UPI, POS and new financial services, while at Blinkit I led product strategy across fulfilment, logistics, inventory and merchandising. At Tata Digital, I’ve been involved in building and scaling regulated payments capabilities across product, technology, operations, risk and partnerships. On Topmate, I enjoy having practical, candid conversations around product management, product strategy, payments/fintech, career growth and the transition from being a product leader to taking on broader business responsibilities.
