AMA — Your Backend Career, Honestly with Archit Agarwal

Should I switch jobs? Is Go still worth learning? Am I underpaid? How do I become a tech lead? Should I do an MS or just keep grinding?

You don't need another LinkedIn thread. You need someone honest, with skin in the game, who'll tell you what they'd actually do in your shoes.

Bring whatever's on your mind — career direction, salary, switching stacks, going from senior → lead, freelancing on the side, going abroad. No question is too "small."

Best for: Backend engineers (any level) at a career crossroads, or anyone who needs a no-BS gut check.
