Complete interview prep with Aliasgar Kantawala

Whether you're targeting your first Senior role or making a move to Staff, this package gives you everything you need to walk in prepared — not just hopeful.

Built on 11+ years across PayPal, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, and FreshWorks, and refined through dozens of mock sessions with engineers at every level.

What's included:

• Scaling Transaction Systems — Problems & Solutions - A 20-page engineering reference covering what actually breaks at 1M, 5M, and 10M transactions per day — and how to defend your choices. Idempotency, dual-write, hot rows, EOD reconciliation, saga patterns, cache stampedes, and more. Written for fintech backend engineers who want interview-grade depth, not a textbook overview. Yours to keep and revisit before any design round.
• Top 50 Java Interview Q&A — not textbook definitions. Real answers with trade-offs, edge cases, and the follow-up probes interviewers actually ask.
• Career guidance — map your next move, fix what's holding you back, and build a strategy grounded in how Big Tech actually evaluates candidates.
• Mock interview — 3 live coding, system design, or behavioral — with detailed feedback on gaps and how to close them before the real thing.
• Resume review — line-by-line feedback on impact, framing, and what senior engineers and hiring managers notice first.
