1:1 DE Mentorship: Roadmap, Projects, Interviews with Kadiyala Ajay

Get focused help with your next step in data engineering.

This is a 60-minute video session with me, Ajay. Bring your current situation, target role and the two areas you most want to work on. We’ll use the time around your priorities.

THIS SESSION IS FOR YOU IF

• You’re starting or switching into data engineering and need a realistic learning path.

• You’re applying without enough interview calls and want feedback on your resume or LinkedIn profile.

• You need help explaining your projects, preparing for interviews or deciding what to learn next.

WHAT WE CAN WORK THROUGH

• A personalised DE roadmap, with free resources, learning order and what to skip for now.

• Resume and LinkedIn improvements, including project evidence, clearer bullets and job outreach.

• Interview preparation: likely rounds, weak areas, answer structure and practice priorities.

• Project storytelling: pipelines, design choices, trade-offs, incidents and ownership.

• A practical 30-day action plan with a checklist and realistic milestones.

We’ll prioritise the topics that matter most for your situation within the hour. The aim is to leave with clearer gaps, useful feedback and concrete next steps.
