I’m a Senior Software Engineer specializing in distributed systems and AI observability. Currently, I’m on Glean’s Evals team, building the shared infrastructure that helps teams measure and improve AI product quality. My work focuses on the backend systems underneath - building robust tracing and evals infrastructure, and making large-scale processing dependable and cost-efficient. Before Glean, I built high-scale enterprise backend systems at Google. I led massive data integrations, scaled ingestion pipelines to handle 400k+ events per second, and built automation that cut complex onboarding processes from weeks down to just days. I love practical engineering challenges: safe migrations, keeping data accessible, and catching problems early. My approach is incremental - measure what matters and make each change safe to operate. This mindset is heavily shaped by my competitive programming background as a Codeforces Master and CodeChef 6-star, which taught me how to balance algorithmic rigor with real-world constraints.
